Privacy Policy

CuteWebs makes personalised digital pages that customers create and send as a private link.

• Account details: your email address, your phone number, and your name or profile details when you sign in with Google.
• Guest checkout details: if you buy without an account, the email address you give at checkout and, if you add them, your name and phone number. We keep them with your order so we can process it and help you with it.
• What you add to a page: names, messages, photos, voice notes, videos and music files.
• Order and payment records: what you bought, the amount, its status, and Razorpay’s order and payment IDs.
• Messages you send us: what you write in a support request, and any contact details you give with it.

We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details: you enter them in Razorpay’s payment window. To process a payment, we give Razorpay the amount, our order reference, and the name, email and phone number from your account or from guest checkout. Basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, is processed by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

To create and deliver your page, run your account and cart, process payments, answer support requests, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We also use the data described under Advertising measurement below to see which of our ads lead to visits and purchases.

Only the service providers that run CuteWebs:

• Google Firebase, for sign-in.
• Supabase, for our database and file storage.
• Vercel, for hosting.
• Razorpay, for payments.
• Google Ads, for advertising measurement.

Firebase, Supabase, Vercel and Razorpay process data for us and are not allowed to use it for their own advertising. Google Ads is different: Google may also use what its tag collects under its own policies (see Advertising measurement below). We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s storage to remember settings such as light or dark mode. If you shop without an account, your browser also keeps your cart, and a private key for each order you place, so you can open your orders again on that device. Orders stay listed there for 30 days. Anyone using the same browser can see them, so on a shared computer use Remove guest data from this device on the cart page, or Remove from this device on an order.

We use Google Ads to see which of our ads lead people to visit CuteWebs and buy. On our shop pages, Google’s tag sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and the address of the page you are on, and when you buy, the order total, currency and our order reference. It does not run on the pages you send to someone or on our admin pages. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number, what you write on your pages, or your private order links.

Google may use this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy), including to measure and improve ads. You can manage ad personalisation in Google’s My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com), and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Anyone who has the link to a page can open it, so only share links with people you want to see them. Photos, voice notes and messages on a page are visible to anyone with that link. The same goes for a guest order’s private order link: anyone who has it can see that order and its page links, so keep it to yourself.

While your account is active and as needed to run the service. Guest orders, and the contact details given with them, are kept with our order records. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete a page, by emailing us at cutewebss@gmail.com. If you bought as a guest, write from the email address you gave at checkout and include your order reference. We will reply within a reasonable time. Some payment records may have to be kept by law.

CuteWebs is not meant for children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us at cutewebss@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service can be completely secure.

We may update this page, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
