Terms and Conditions

You choose a template, add your own content and pay; we give you a private link to your finished page. It is a digital product delivered online. Nothing is shipped.

You are responsible for your account and for giving accurate details. Keep your sign-in details safe.

You own what you upload. You give CuteWebs permission to store it and show it on your page and to the people you share the link with. You confirm you have the right to use every photo, voice note, video and song you add.

Do not upload:

• anything illegal, hateful or harassing;
• sexual content involving anyone under 18;
• someone else’s private information without their permission;
• music, images or video you do not have the rights to.

We may remove a page or close an account that breaks these rules.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A page’s link opens once the payment is confirmed. For refunds, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We work to keep CuteWebs and your pages online, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted or that pages will stay online forever.

To the extent the law allows, CuteWebs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
